5. Risk of Loss and Title
Ownership of products and risk of loss transfer to you once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or delayed by the carrier after shipment. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.
6. Tracking and Delivery Issues
Tracking Information: If available, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipments.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, the carrier may return the package to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will assist in locating the package and provide further solutions if necessary.
